Solid frame with good support and good staining job. We use this frame to support a Purple Mattress and it works perfectly. It is very solid and the slats let the foam mattress “breathe”. There is a metal support rod that spans the middle of the frame lengthwise with three vertical bracing rods that prevent the mattress from sagging.
